Why was my credit card declined? I know I have plenty of money in the account!
You may wish to contact your bank about the decline. Because we are a Canadian based company some banks and credit unions do not allow international purchases. Please contact and ask if they will allow the purchase (be sure to give them any code that came up at time of decline and tell them we are a Canadian company)? Most banks will lift the ban for 24 hours allowing you to complete you purchase.
