Can I get a refund?

If you are not 100% happy with your bundle, we offer a generous 30-day Happiness Guarantee. 

You are able to do this instantly right from your customer dashboard! How awesome is that? What you will need to do is:

  1. Be sure you are logged in and head to "My Account",
  2. From there you will want to navigate to "Orders" for a list of eligible bundles.
  3. Finally, you can View and Request Refund for the specific bundle you are unhappy with or perhaps ended with a duplicate of.
  4. The request will be sent to our team and, if eligible, processed. Easy peasy!

Refunds are processed within 2 business days from the date we respond that we received your valid refund request. However, if you are outside the guarantee period for your bundle, we are sorry but we are unable to issue a refund. If you have any questions, please email
