What do I do if I haven't received the email to access my bundle?

Sometimes these emails wind up in spam/junk folders, instead of in your inbox. Before you worry that you didn’t get the email, make sure you take a good look at your spam folder first. It’s a pain, but it happens.

For those using Gmail, make sure you check your Promotions folder/tab if you still haven’t seen your email. For some reason, they seem to end up in there from time to time. Hotmail users as well have reported problems receiving our materials. Just simply email our customer service department (customerservice@ultimatebundles.com) and we'll help you out. 
If you placed your order using PayPal, please check that email in addition to the email address you entered (if different). 
After 30 minutes, if you haven’t received an email with access information for the bundle, and it’s not in your spam, please contact us at customerservice@ultimatebundles.com and we’ll make sure that you get it. When you email, please include the email address used to purchase, plus your first and last name so we can quickly locate your order.
